Great place and friendly staff. One of our stops on a cross country move and it was a great spot. My expectations werent high from the mixed reviews but definitely had a great nights sleep and the staff was really friendly! Thank you to Brandi at the front desk!

We stay at this Red Roof Inn anytime we are in the area. Deborah is an excellent manager and encompasses everything you could want in the hospitality industry. Shay is terrific at the front desk and makes sure we have everything we need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.|The rooms are very clean and the property is well maintained!

Great service at a great price. The room was modern with laminate floors and excellent bath room and shower. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Edited Review: After the horrible service incident, the regional manager reached out to us and apologized for the employee’s behavior. We were offered a free weekend stay to make up for the first one. Let’s just say, things did improved greatly! I understand that Red Roof didn’t have to do anything because we were first time customers there, but the fact that they reached out to us showed that they are willing to make changes. Brandi(whether she remembered us or not) was very professional. She double checked our names to make sure it was correct. She was also very helpful and calm. We appreciate it very much. The rooms were nice and clean. We had a much better experience staying at Red Rood Inn this time around. The room was decent enough and the location was fine. We were here for a business conference and it was the only place available because we booked last minute. Our issue was the check in staff, Brandy. First, we arrived at 8:30 pm and walked past someone sitting in her car smoking weed. We stood at the desk and waited about 5 minutes and the same lady walked in. She didn’t greet us or acknowledged our presence at all. We politely said hello to her and she responded quietly under her breath. She asked for our ID and checked us in for what we thought was 2 nights because we had booked online for 2 nights. Well, in the middle of our business conference, we received a called that rudely said we still have our stuff in the room and needed to get them out. We said we booked for 2 nights and the person on the phone hung up on us. We immediately left the conference for the hotel to resolve this issue. This was where it got worse. Brandy refused to look at our reservation information on the phone and said we have to call the reservation company to report the problem because it was either our mistake or the reservation. We said that shouldn’t be our responsibility, but asked her to print out the information that said we are only booked for 1 night. She said she could

Very clean. The lady that checked me in was very helpful and pleasant. Great coffee maker! Giant TV! Refrigerator, microwave, dispenser shampoo and shower gel in the shower, hair dryer, Iron. I literally travel every weekend and this is great place to stay.

Room was very nice. Staff was great and the location is great. I have been staying here for more than a decade. Right off the freeway, very close to Downtown Dublin and all of the fine dining and fun that it has to offer, and very close to groceries, fast food, and deli food.

Sincerely a gem of a cheap hotel in a busy clean area. Brandy at the front desk made me feel like family!!! We talked music and she told me about the area etc. Amazing to have this comfort of service in todays world. Brandy, Rudy thanks you for your wonderful soul and making me feel at home!! I received a handicap accessible room. It was actually bigger and nicer than your regular rooms. The extra add pace in the bathroom was nice. We received a first floor room as requested.

Michelle is such an amazing receptionist. She’s always so helpful. The rooms are always clean, cleaning staff comes every morning! The location is great - one minute away from downtown Dublin and bridge park! Best prices in the area by far!
